Diet Progress at One Month In

The red line is the “trend” line, the one that matters. The green lines are my weight each time I’ve measured it, but they’re not as important as the overall trend. So, I lost 18 lbs. this month, which means if I keep this rate I will reach my goal weight in mid November.
